Bistro Fleuve is a small bistro, a natural wine bar, located in the middle of Verchères on the main street. 14 seats inside, 14 more on the terrace when the weather is nice. This is Andrea and Francis's project. We want it in the image of our village: beautiful, pleasant, warm, unpretentious. The dishes are concocted with products from local farmers and breeders, often organic, which highlight our local and Quebec terroir.
