Terrible manager, he yells at his employees, belittles them, and constantly talks over them even if they're doing a good job. That coupled something being broken everytime I go in and being treated like I'm trying to get a free wash or like I'm stupid for pointing it out makes this the worst carwash in Regina for me.
Absolute worst customer service imaginable. If their change machine doesnt take your bills, you have to buy something in the store to get change. You cannot wash your car in peace without the woman harassing you to put in money before the time runs out. Calls you cheap, and swears at you. Shuts the power to the timer box so you lose your money for that cycle. When asked to please back off, gets even more aggressive. Will NEVER go back and would advise others to do the same.
The overhead door opened and i followed two vehicles inside but there were only two stalls open so i was waiting inside for the next available stall
The attendant came over and accused me of opening the door and driving in without permission
I told her i just followed two other vehicles in and did not open the door myself
She did not believe me so i frove thru and left to another car wash that is closer to my house and where the timer runs longer for your money

This disgraceful owner will not be in business much longer. Rude and belligerent to me for no apparent reason. Just an awful person and the highest priced car wash in Regina to boot. Never going back
Owner is a disgrace and treats his customers extremely poor. Yelling at me for using the brush 20 seconds after the flow of soap stopped and only had front quarter of vehicle left. Never been treated so poorly in my life by a complete stranger. Never going back
I think that every time I go to this car wash, they take an additional 5 seconds off the $1 or $2. I can hardly get around my car for $2. With the foam brush, I got 2 wheels cleaned, then the guy yelled at me and said sir the time has clearly run out, dont use brush without money running.
Husky down the street doesnt have as good of a facility, but I can wash my vehicle for about 1/3 the price of this place. Maxx, give us more value!
First we pull in and almost all of the bays are closed and there’s a lineup behind us. Once we get into a bay the brush stopped working. We went to get it fixed, only for the owner to not believe us that it wasn’t working. We were showing him that the brush still did not dispense soap even when the button was pressed multiple times. The owner then told us we had no minutes, which was a complete lie as he was watching that we had 5 minutes left. Family and friends won’t be returning either.
Worst service experience of my life! After waiting 1 hour for the auto wash, the electrical went down, staff were rude and when I suggested that perhaps a gift card would be in order to make up for my time, the MANAGER told me that I didn’t need to tell him his job and he was going to offer me one but since I was being so rude there would be No Gift Card for me!! Are you kidding me! I replied that I wasn’t being rude, I was extremely frustrated! He opened the door and told me to go elsewhere
I went inside to ask about prices and they said 8 minutes for $9 for wand wash, I used my credit card at the wash station and the time on the station read 11 minutes and change when I was done. I got home and saw that my credit card was charged $24.95 to wash my 4 door sedan. I just don't understand the math here.
Always gets my vehicles clean in the quickest time no matter how dirty! Have used this wash since moving to Regina 9 years ago and nothing but great experiences. Will obviously continue to support this local business
Worst car wash in the city! Had the #4 touch less wash. My truck only had a light coat of dirt on it but it came out looking just as bad as when iI went in. Complained to the attendant and all she would say is that only the #1 wash was guaranteed. I asked where it said this and she said nowhere but that was their policy.
For $13 iI should at least get a little dirt off!
Recommend never go to this wash.
Awful! I watched one of the employees scream at an old man that he was trying to get a free car wash. She didn't bother opening the doors so a line up of 5 cars sat outside while the place was empty. Will never go back there unless they get new staff. If she owns it I will definitely be telling people to stay away.
I locked my keys in my car at nine thirty (they close at ten) after calling the tow truck company and being told it would be an hour, Dave the owner calls me over and tells me we close at ten I'm not paying my guys to stay late cause you locked your keys in your car you will have to leave at ten and leave your car here overnight as well we charge 20 dollars a night to store a car here, the temperature on this fine night was minus 27 degrees, I was basically left feeling like Dave the owner had no compassion for anyone but himself, therefore I will never bring a car to his car wash again.
I recently went for a car wash and was very please with the job the automated car wash did. The issue that I saw happened after the fact. I took a look at my credit card statement online and noticed 2 charges on 2 different days. The one change was the legitimate one and the second change was the next day, a day where I didn't leave the house/couch and was watching football all day. I called the company and they told me tha this was a credit card company issue, that there is no way for them to change my card twice. I then told him that I was going to call my credit card company and dispute the change, he said fine and that I would be banned from the wash. I then called the credit card company and they disputed the change. While on the phone with the credit card rep I received a call from Maxx Auto Wash. I was now told that they would reverse the charge or give me a free wash (probably found that this was an error on their end). Sorry Maxx Auto Wash, too late as you will now have to deal with the credit card company!
So again, the wash was great but you might pay double or more for it!
This business is always clean and is certainly a nice place to wash your car...if you don't speak to the employees. I was told that my car was too dirty for the wash bay because the gentlemen said he didn't want to clean up mud. He then yelled at me and said I could not wash my car and demanded that I drove through and out of the car wash. Had the employee been respectful and politely asked me to go else where, that would have been fine. However, he was beyond rude. I wash my car about 5 times a week and they will no longer be getting my business. The owner should really rethink his hiring process. Don't go there. You'll get yelled at.
