Instructors guide students through a series of challenging and dynamic movements either on a mat or using equipment to target deep core muscles while focusing on controlled breathing patterns to help align your mind and body. Classes at Line 5 are limited to just four participants in order to give instructors the opportunity to work closely with students and provide adjustments and modifications when necessary.
