J'avais acheté une bague en or blanc dans une autre bijouterie et elle marquait de façon excessive. L'autre bijouterie me disait qu'il n'y avait pas de solution et que c'était comme ça.
J'ai été chez Philippe Quesnel pour demander un 2e avais et il a immédiatement trouvé le problème. En 2 heures la bague était réparé et comme neuve. Je n'ai plus de problème de marquage. Je suis vraiment très satisfait de son service et je recommande chaudement cette bijouterie.
