I had car trouble on Friday and drove directly to Canadian Tire for help. They were able to fit me in an I had great service from Steve K in the shop. He spoke to me in plain English and presented the options and outcomes. After he fixed the problem, he let me see the work. Repair work is unpleasant at the best of times, but I really appreciated and respected the quality of work and customer service Steve and the team provided at this store. I've had Mr. Jolie repair three things for me - a stopwatch, a pocket watch and a wristwatch. The cost of the repairs was extremely reasonable and way less than taking it to a jeweller. He is an old-school artisan in the true sense of the word. Strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a time piece repair.
