I just recently lost someone to cancer and FlightHub refused to follow through with the DOTs 24 hour cancellation policy. In extention to this an agent essentially told me that their company would not exist if they allowed everyone to cancel their flight within the 24hr period. Wonderful! A company whose values and beliefs are unethical. Never book through this company.
Another frustrated customer.my only relief is I am not the only one exactly same issues like other reviews horrible customer service waited more than 4 hrs just keep transferring to new person nothing got solved.lost 700$ and ripping another 400$ to go from Vancouver to Toronto.

Seeing others with wrong itineraries. I wondered how our problem could be user-error. Friend paid/booked, but I was there: Confirmation had wrong states for departing/arriving & wrong dates (wrong month). BIG difference between what we got back vs. what we put in. Called FH immediately (15-Mar-2018). Rep lied (said located in U.S. [online says not] & could not waive cancellation fee [they can]). Hung up after friend asked, twice, to speak to a supervisor. Friend was not abusive to rep.
Worst customer service agents ever!!! I was on the phone for almost 4 hours just trying to change my flight. They took the money out of my account and then they don't me they don't have it. My bank talked to them I to pictures of my account and sent it to them nothing. They are completely helpless! Just horribly rude people they're attitude is disgusting.
