The eggs were well cooked, I had hard over, my partner, scrambled. The sausage & bacon delicious. Our server was friendly, funny & prompt. The place was packed but they were very efficient with their waiting lists resulting in being seated quickly.
I would definately go again!
Right off the bat, the orange juice is astounding. Coffee is pretty decent and the service was prompt considering how busy it is. Food was excellent. I will definately be returning multiple times.
My wife suggested this place, and I was reluctant, and its decor is quite basic, tables are close together, and to be it is just a greasy spoon, but my 8 year old wanted to go, so off we went. The restaurant is nothing to look at, but the selection of food is quite good. The place was packed and I would say mostly locals. If the saying "dont judge a book by its cover" ever applies, this is it. The food was very good. I order the Sierra Panani which was chicken breast with bacon and guacamole with a side of greek salad instead of fries. The panani was awesome, the salad was large and everything was fresh, and crisp. One of the best pananis ive ever had. My daughter loved the bruschetta bread which was heaped with cheese and tomatoes.
I would not take a first date here- its not too romantic, and I would not go here looking for a steak or anything too fancy, but if you want a great meal at a low price, and dont care about the surroundings, then this place is awesome. next time eggcetera is suggested, I will not put up a fuss.

This is one of the nicest places to eat in Guelph. The food is terrific; fresh, large portions, good prices, and the servers are friendly and efficient. The burgers in particular are outstanding, and we loved the ribs. The atmosphere is nice too -- low key, tasteful, nice for families, or romantic for couples who just want a quiet meal. I've heard the breakfasts are great and am keen to try them. We'll be back for sure!
